I am a Yoga Alliance-registered teacher (RYT-200) with a lifelong passion for movement and self-expression. With roots in dance and circus arts from childhood, I have been practicing yoga for 20+ years and bring a deep understanding of the body’s grace and resilience into every session. My approach blends trauma-informed compassionate guidance with intuitive insight. My primary focus is gentle movement and meditation. I strive to create safe, personalized space for healing and growth. In my free time, you’ll often find me exploring new places, spending time in nature, or reading a good book.
