St. Simons Sacred Container - June 2026 Womens Retreat
Co-hosted with Trinity
The Experience
Within this sacred container, we gather to give your entrepreneurial dreams the quiet and the power they need for their true birth. We blend high-level collaboration with deep, restorative rest, ensuring your ideas are born from a state of alignment rather than hustle. Our retreat balances:
Strategic Action: A mix of collaborative group work and focused individual sessions to refine your unique business ideas and map out your next steps.
Daily Devotion: Ground your nervous system with daily mindfulness practices, including gentle Yoga Asana to move stagnant energy, Yoga Nidra for subconscious integration, and Reiki for the attunement of your energy to the vibration of your highest self.
Space for the Soul: Dedicated time for reflection and "the pause," allowing the island’s coastal rhythms to help you integrate new insights.
Nourishment & Support
Chef-Prepared Meals: Enjoy vibrant, healthy, locally-sourced meals designed to fuel your creativity and vitality.
Personalized Mentorship: Dive deeper with optional 1:1 spiritual mentorship sessions to clear personal blocks.
Energetic Realignment: Optional Reiki services available to soothe and balance your energy field during the transition.
Integration
You will leave the golden marshes of St. Simons not just with a plan, but with the clarity, confidence, and community needed to launch your inspirational entrepreneurial ideas into reality.
