Group Activities (Seasonal Rituals & Creative Expression): We will have seasonal rituals, arts and crafts, and experiences designed to unlock your innate creativity, release old subconscious patterns, and ground your higher purpose into tangible reality. Together, we will move through women’s sharing circles, energy healing, and deep embodiment sessions to shed the layers that no longer serve you.
Soul-Aligned Strategy: A collaborative, supportive mix of group reflection and optional focused individual check-ins. This is your space to gently untangle complex thoughts, map out your personal intentions, and bring order to your internal shifts.
Space for the Soul: Dedicated time for integration and "the pause." We honor the natural medicine of the mountains by leaving spacious, unhurried blocks in our agenda. Trinity is an intuitive healer, Reiki Master, and long-time entrepreneur who has spent years helping others reconnect with their inner wisdom. Her roots are in the South Dakota Great Plains. She currently lives on a homestead in Middle Georgia. As a spiritual guide, she blends intuitive insight with practical experience to help women align their business and purpose with deeper spiritual truth.

Katie is a yoga and meditation instructor, focusing on grounded and accessible practices. Her roots are in the Northeast Georgia Appalachian foothills, where she currently resides. Her teaching helps people reconnect with their bodies, calm the nervous system, and listen to their inner guidance. She blends gentle movement, mindfulness, and spiritual reflection to support balance and clarity.
Both Trinity and Katie share a deep appreciation for the mountains and the natural healing energy of North Georgia. Together, they create a supportive and welcoming space for women to rest, reflect, and reconnect with their spiritual path and purpose.
